In this course we will become more aware of the 5 main natural movements of the energy in and out of our body.

When we practice Qi Gong - any style of Qi Gong, we can indeed feel the energy flowing:

  - upwards and downwards

  - inwards and outwards

  - into our center

This course presents 5 pedagogical exercises to train and awaken the perception of the energy flowing in each of these 5 directions.

Their goal is to:

  - get to a global feeling of the flow of energy throughout the body

  - increase the centering and anchoring power of the whole body-mind

  - activate the connection with the energy of the environment

The exercises can be performed together or separately, repeating them 3, 6 or 9 times according to your feelings and to your need at the moment.
